Dear Leader of the New Land,
I am Christopher Columbus, and I have gotten to your land with lots of difficulties. I have travelled with my crew and have travelled a long distance. We appreciate you welcoming us to your land, and we promise there will be no harm caused and there will only be peace. We have come to you land with some requests. These once again will cause no harm at all. We would like to make some fair trades with you. From the trade we would like resources that grow off land, and some land for only a few people with homes. I will be causing no harm with supplies of my own. I will need space for people to build huts, and I will not harm any land with building. We will offer lots of goods, and weapons such as guns, rifles, and for the weapons a shipment of ammunition. We will also give oil, rocks, and minerals. We would like to offer gold, silver, brass, glass, knitted caps, pearls, rings, spices and beads. Lots of fair trades could be made with all these wealthy things. This letter will hopefully give a good understanding of what I would like from your land and that I will not be causing any harm of any sort. Sincerely, Christopher Columbus

Dear Future Crew Members,
I need some crew members for a voyage sponsored by the Queen and King of Spain. Anyone Interested? A voyage of 2400 miles to the western route to Orient past the Atlantic. This voyage will lead to new land with leaders wiling to trade more goods which will give us lots of wealth and maybe new land. This is a big opportunity because you will be members of a crew going on a voyage sponsored by the King and Queen I need crew members that are knowledgeable so they know what to do during an emergency, so they all know their part, and so they always know the plan through the journey. I also want crew members that are Assembled, I need assembled crew members so their organised and always complete the job without distractions. I also want cooperative and dependable crew members so that I can always rely that the members wont give up easily and will put in their best effort. I want cooperative members so that everyone always gets along with each other. Cooperative members will help other crew members and will always be willing to help. The last thing is I want healthy crew members so that the members are fit to go through the voyage, their productive, and their prepared for other members that are ill or sick. You will be compensated by having good rest to stay healthy, getting enough food so you wouldn't starve and again to be healthy and you will be payed in goods or money after making trades with the new leaders from the new land. This will bring new opportunities and lots to explore. You will be well taken care of, and you will be paid off from your effort. If you are willing to take this chance and join my crew please write back. Sincerely, Christopher Columbus Dear King Ferdinand and Queen Isabelle,
For my first voyage I am proposing my expedition. If I complete this voyage I will have discovered more land. This would give lots of wealth, and to complete this voyage I would need you guys to sponsor me. Travelling 2400 miles I will need lots of supplies. After completing the voyage, which I would need crew members for, wealth and land will be shared between us equally, and I think you guys should sponsor me because we can make fair trades and deals to the wealth and land. After the voyage and trading with the new leaders to be found there I will head back here to Spain. Supplies I need is ships, and three would be fine depending on how many crew members there will be. I will need food a fair amount, again on how many crew members there will be. Enough food will be dried fish, salt meat, live hens (to be killed on ship), rice cheese and figs. I will need navigational instruments including compasses, magnets, hour glasses and rulers, and most important of all I will need trade items, such as glass beads, brass rings, knitted caps, gold, silver, pearls and spices. That last thing I need is money. In case of big trades which money will be needed in. Paying and sponsoring my expedition would come in use for you and me. This would come in use because there could be really good trades made, and this would give us more land and wealth. Sponsoring me would bring a name to you two and all of Spain. I've always been loyal to you and now will bring more wealth around too. For this voyage I will need more crew members, I will need enough to get through the entire voyage. Sponsoring me would be a very great full thing to do and will only do good. Bringing name and wealth to Spain. There were lots of nations along the silk route aswell. Some were Korea, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey and Greece. The main countires around this were India, China, Iran, Rome and Europe. Goods were woolen goods, carpets, curtains, blankets and rugs, which came to China from Central Asia and East Mediterranean. Central Asia exported camels which were very appreciated in China. Other goods were skins, wool, cotton fabrics, gold embroidery, and eotic fruits. India was famous for its fabrics, spices, precious stones, dyes, and ivory. Iran for its silver. Rome received spices, fragrances, jewels, ivory, and sugar and sent European pictures and luxury goods. Eastern Europe imported rice, cotton, woolen and silk fabrics from Central Asia and exported skins, furs, fur animals, bark for skin, cattle and slaves to Khoresm. Northern Europe was the source of furs, skins, honey and slaves. Each place was rich for its own goods which were needed in lots of places. Some soarces i used were:
the journey of the shoe starts off at Los angelous where the control of operations takes place, then it will countinue with the design of the shoe in los angelous. Then get all the materials from different places, which get shipped to south korea for the assembly of the shoe. Places materials come from are First Orgean, which has super container sip, then Texas which has the natural gas, then indoneasia which has vinal acetate, petroleum, mid soal, coal, and benzene and after that we have tiawan which has the tanning chemicals, plastic, rubber, leather, and cow hide. After the materials are shipped around all the materials (which are in tiawan) get shipped to Los Angelous for the control of operations to get approved. After going to Los Angelous for the approvel of the show the items get shipped out to where the show would be sold.
